Two new amendments to the implementing legislation of Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 on
organic production and labelling of organic products were published today. Article 24(2) of Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 was amended in 2012 by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 505/2012 and the reference to ‘homeopathic products’ had been omitted by mistake. The Regulation (EC) No 354/2014 published today re-introduces the wording and tidies up a number of issue in several Annexes. More information here
