At the beginning of the winter term 2011/2012 the University of Kassel, Department of Organic Food Quality and Food Culture in cooperation with the College of the Atlantic in Maine (USA) and The Organic Research Centre (UK) are offering an e-learning course in 3 modules (Sustainable Nutrition and Consumption, Systems Thinking in Organic Farming and Redefining Food Systems Efficiency.
