The OrganicDataNetwork project aims to increase the transparency of the European organic food market through better availability of market intelligence about the sector to meet the needs of policy makers and actors involved in organic markets.
There will be a stakeholder meeting at The Organic Research Centre, Elm Farm, Hamstead Marshall, RG20 0HR on 21 October 2014. The meeting will introduce the OrganicDataNetwork project, and building on the experience from several case studies, discuss the newly developed code of practice and manual for data collection in Europe, and identify key actions and future strategies to improve data collection, harmonisation and dissemination in the UK.
