Living Mulch Experiments on 20 farms in the Northeast US.

Event Date : April 29, 2025

Event Time : 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Event Location : Online

Join the OGA for this webinar with Lincoln Fishman from Momentum Ag in the US to talk about his research on living mulches.

For the past two seasons, Momentum Ag has been coordinating Clover Living Mulch (CLM) trials on 20 farms in the Northeast U.S. and monitoring trials on a few other farms in the Midwest and Canada. These farms are organic and conventional, produce vegetables, small grains, row crops and silage, and range from 5-500 acres. Momentum’s Director, Lincoln Fishman, will share some of the early conclusions. His talk will focus primarily on agronomic questions (clover establishment, timing, species selection, fertility, equipment, etc.), and will also explore soil health gains under CLM management.
