IOTA ran a two day 'Training for Trainers' workshop at Elm Farm on 16th and 17th December 2013 aimed at advisers, trainers and researchers, particularly those who provide workshops for farmers and/or manage farmer groups.

The event was well attended by delegates with a wide range of experience. An intensive programme of learning and motivational activities was led by Bob White from At Last, a specialist training organisation, and very positive feedback was received from participants:

“Learning through doing – this will help us remember and also evaluate what works best for us”

“Great team work between Bob and Rachel, created a stimulating training environment”

“Very nice mix of activities and teaching styles plus excellent preparation”

“Very interesting and useful and given lots of top tips which will be useful in a range of situations.”
