Main roles and responsibilities

Penny leads the development of ORC business services ('unrestricted' income) which are additional to the 'restricted income' associated with most research bids.

Using market, product and competitor analysis to identify and develop propositions for products and consultancy services in conjunction with specialist colleagues in relevant programme teams.

Penny is the ORC contact for prospective customers and partners for these products and consultancy services, from inception to delivery.

External activities

Penny is a life/executive coach with an interest in behavioural change. She’s a keen organic gardener, enjoys walking with her Labrador and partner, travel and live music. A trained aerobics instructor, she’ll move to music whenever possible & likes the contrast of silent meditation. She loves fun and games with her young grandchildren.
